Using a T20 Exchange ID means accepting these terms

Terms and conditions

These terms cover use of this site and of any T20 Exchange ID issued through it. In short: you must be 18 or over, you are responsible for checking the law where you live, accounts are personal and non-transferable, and betting money you cannot afford to lose is never a good idea.

Last updated 17 August 2026. Written in plain English on purpose — the point of a terms page is that people can actually read it.

Who may use this T20 Exchange site

You must be at least 18 years old. That is not negotiable and it is not a formality.

Online betting is regulated state by state in India rather than nationally, and the position differs depending on where you are. Checking what applies in your own state is your responsibility, not ours, and opening a T20 Exchange account does not settle that question for you. If betting is restricted where you live, do not use this site or an account obtained through it.

You also confirm that you are acting for yourself, with your own money, and not on behalf of anyone else.

Your T20 Exchange account

An account issued through this panel is personal to you. Do not share the credentials, do not sell or transfer the ID, and do not let somebody else bet from it. One person, one account.

You are responsible for keeping the password safe. Change the temporary one on first login. Anything done from an account signed in with your credentials is treated as done by you, which is why the sharing rule matters more than it sounds.

Deliberately opening several T20 Exchange accounts for yourself is not permitted. If you need a higher limit, ask for a review instead. Household members opening their own accounts, in their own names, with their own payments, is a different thing and is perfectly fine.

Accounts may be paused or closed where there is unpaid or disputed activity, evidence of shared access, or use by somebody under 18.

Payments and T20 Exchange balances

Deposits must come from an account in your own name, and withdrawals are returned to an account in your own name. Payments from third parties create verification work and may delay a payout considerably.

Timings quoted anywhere on this site are typical rather than guaranteed. Bank processing, network conditions and volume on match nights all affect them, and some of that is outside anyone's control here.

Funds held as exposure against open or unmatched bets are not available for withdrawal until those positions settle or are cancelled. Bets that have been matched cannot be reversed, because on an exchange your bet is matched against another user's money.

Where a market is voided or a match abandoned, settlement follows the official result and the operator's market rules.

What this T20 Exchange site is and is not

This is an independent ID panel. We issue accounts and handle the money around them. We do not operate the T20 Exchange platform itself, and the markets, odds, games and software belong to their operator.

Nothing on this site is betting advice. There are no tips, no predictions, and no claims about what will happen in any match. Information here is descriptive — how things work, what they cost, how long they take — and it is offered in good faith without any guarantee of outcome.

Content may go out of date. Timings change, addresses rotate, market structures get updated by the operator. Where something here no longer matches what you see in the panel, the panel is correct.

Limits of responsibility

We are responsible for the service we provide: issuing your T20 Exchange account, handling deposits and withdrawals, and answering support requests.

We are not responsible for losses arising from your betting decisions, for outcomes of cricket matches or casino games, for delays caused by your own bank, or for anything that happens on a website you reached from a search result, an advert or a forwarded message rather than from your own agent chat. That last one matters: money sent to payment details obtained anywhere other than your own support thread cannot be recovered by us, because it never reached us.

Where we are found responsible for something, that responsibility is limited to the amount involved in the specific transaction concerned.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the service changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised, and continuing to use a T20 Exchange account after a change means accepting the current version.

Anything you disagree with is worth raising with support before you continue. And if you want to close the account, withdraw the balance and ask — there is no penalty and no notice period. Nobody will try to talk you out of it either, which is worth saying plainly here, because the one thing that should never be difficult on a T20 Exchange account is leaving with your own money and closing the door behind you.

T20 Exchange terms, the short version

You must be 18 or over to use this site or a T20 Exchange account obtained through it. Online betting in India is regulated at state level, so checking the position where you live is your responsibility rather than ours. An account here does not answer that question and should not be treated as if it does.

Accounts are personal

Your T20 Exchange ID belongs to you alone. Do not share credentials, transfer the account or let anyone else bet from it, and change the temporary password on first login. Activity from an account signed in with your details is treated as yours, which is precisely why sharing causes problems that are difficult to unpick afterwards.

Payments in your own name

Deposits should come from an account in your name and withdrawals return to one. Third-party payments create verification work and slow payouts. Money held as exposure against open or unmatched bets cannot be withdrawn until those settle, and matched bets cannot be reversed because another user's money is on the other side.

What we cover, and what we do not

We are responsible for issuing accounts, moving money and answering support. We are not responsible for your betting decisions, match outcomes, your bank's own delays, or payments sent to details obtained outside your own support thread. Nothing on this T20 Exchange site is advice about what to bet on, and no page here predicts results.
